Script Frenzy-Day 1-Excitement and Fear

Or My Mom Will Shoot ipod Today is day 1 of Script Frenzy-writing a 100 page screenplay during the month of April.This is my first ever attempt at writing a screenplay and it’s a story I am excited about telling, and eventually directing. As I’ve mentioned in other posts, I think it’s important to try each job at least once so you know what you’re asking for. That’s not why I’m writing this but it’s a nice side benefit.
I just finished writing bios for my two main characters and had a flash of fear and then excitement. I can already see my characters meeting and fighting and I hear fleeting snippets of conversation. I know it’s going to be an arduous and painful process so I want to remember that I started the month excited and full of hope. I’ll check back with you fine folks soon. 100 pages means I should be writing 3-4 pages per day.
