For the third year in a row I will be returning to the South by Southwest Film and Interactive Festival as a panelist. This year I am moderating a panel called, “No Budget to Low Budget”. As with this website it will be about all things low budget filmmaking. What do you do when you finally get a budget for a film project? What elements can’t you live without? What elements are a waste of money? You get the idea.
